Dodeez Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 May 2026

Dodeez (“Dodeez”, “we”, “us”) is an iOS app that helps you save food places you find online or in person, pin them on a map, and revisit them later. This policy explains what data we collect, why, where it goes, and the choices you have.

We’ve tried to keep this short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us: nessine69@gmail.com.

1. Who we are

Dodeez is operated by Lim Zi Quan, an individual developer based in Malaysia. You can reach us at nessine69@gmail.com.

2. The short version

5. Where your data is stored

6. How long we keep your data

7. Your rights and choices

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, and limit the processing of your personal data. If you are in the EU, UK, California, or other regions with privacy laws, you have additional rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, and lodging complaints with a regulator). Contact us to exercise any of them.

8. Children

Dodeez is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email us and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are not stored — we use one-time magic-link authentication. Database access is restricted by row-level security so users can only read their own data (and data explicitly shared via Journeys).

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
